Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

When and how payment is made

A WhatsApp enquiry is free and does not itself create a payment obligation. Before paying, the customer receives written confirmation of the format, scope, final price, timing, revision rounds, approval stages and deposit. Payment is made only after the customer accepts those terms.

• The deposit starts the agreed work stage.
• The balance is paid before delivery of the clean final file or before the approved layout is sent to print.
• Payment is processed by the provider named in the order confirmation.

Mandatory rights

Distance-sale cancellation and refund rights apply under Israel’s Consumer Protection Law and current regulations. These terms do not remove rights in cases of non-conformity, defect, delay, misleading information or any other case provided by law.

₪99 Comic Cover

The package price is divided into two pre-defined stages: ₪69 for the concept and preview; ₪30 for one consolidated revision round and the clean final file. Before work starts, all ₪99 are refunded. After creation starts and the preview is sent, only the unused ₪30 is refunded and the clean file is not delivered. After written approval and receipt of the clean final file, no voluntary refund is provided merely for a change of taste or decision unless the law requires otherwise.

• An incorrect name, ignored brief or damaged file is corrected free of charge.
• If a verified error cannot be corrected, a refund is issued.

Complete comics

Work is divided into stages: script, characters, first pages, complete layout and printing. The shekel value of each stage is fixed in writing before payment and before that stage begins; it is not calculated retrospectively after cancellation. On cancellation, the unused portion is refunded, and the value of completed stages may be retained only in the agreed amount and to the extent permitted by law.

Printing and delivery

Printing starts only after written layout approval. If there is a printing defect, damage or non-conformity with the approved specification, LifePanels will arrange correction, reprinting or a refund according to the circumstances and law.

How to cancel

Send a cancellation notice by email or WhatsApp using the details below. Include the customer name, order date and a clear cancellation request. We will confirm receipt and explain completed stages and the refund amount.

• Where possible, refunds are made through the original payment method.
• A statutory cancellation fee applies only where and to the extent permitted by law.
