Conformity with the written brief

We create the comic according to the written brief: package, characters, names, key events, language, scope and format. A verified objective mismatch with the approved brief is corrected at no extra charge.

Review before final delivery

Before the clean final file is delivered, the customer receives the previews and revision rounds included in the package. The final version is delivered only after written approval.

• ₪99 Comic Cover: one preview and one consolidated revision round.
• Complete comics are approved in the stages stated in the order confirmation.

What we correct free of charge

An incorrect name or text, an omitted agreed requirement, a damaged file, a missing approved page and a verified production defect are corrected free of charge.

• If a verified error cannot reasonably be corrected, a refund for the affected part or another remedy required by law is offered.
• A complete change to an already approved concept, story or artistic direction is not an error correction.

Printed comic

Printing starts after written approval of the layout and specification. For a printing defect, damage during agreed delivery or non-conformity with the approved specification, we arrange correction, reprinting or a refund according to the circumstances and law.

Reasonable creative variation

A personalized comic is an artistic interpretation of photos and a story, not a photographic copy. Minor differences in features or colour across screens and print are not defects when the work matches the approved style and brief.

Making a guarantee request

Contact us by email or WhatsApp below, include the order number or date and briefly describe the issue. For print issues, attach photos of the defect. We will acknowledge the request and offer a written solution.
