Information we receive

We may receive a name, contact details, event date, selected package, photos, descriptions of people and events, conversations and other material necessary for the order.

• Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot assess or fulfil the order without the necessary material.
• Please do not send information that is not needed for the comic.

How information is used

Materials are used to answer the request, write the script, create characters and pages, obtain approvals, process payment, print, deliver, provide support and meet legal obligations.

• We do not publish photos, stories or completed comics without separate explicit permission.
• Customer photos are not used in advertising or a portfolio by default.

Photos of other people

By supplying photos or information about another person, the customer confirms that they are entitled to use and provide it for a private gift. Extra care is required with children’s material and sensitive information.

Service providers and processing

Conversations, photos and other material may be transmitted through WhatsApp and processed by Meta services because WhatsApp is LifePanels’ main communication channel. Cloud storage, analytics, payment, printing, delivery and artificial-intelligence providers may also be used to fulfil an order. Only information necessary for the specific purpose is shared. Some providers may process data outside Israel under applicable contractual and legal safeguards.

• Google Analytics runs only after consent and does not receive questionnaire text or photos.
• Payment details are handled by the payment provider; LifePanels does not store a full card number.

Retention and security

Active working copies of source photos and project files controlled by LifePanels are deleted no later than 90 days after completion unless the customer requests earlier deletion or the law requires particular records to be retained. Backup copies may be deleted according to provider retention cycles and may not always be individually removable. Payment, accounting and legal records may be kept longer to the extent and for the period required by law.

• Access is limited to people and providers who need it for the work.
• No storage or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may request access to personal data, correction of inaccurate data or deletion when retention is no longer necessary. Optional analytics consent may also be withdrawn.
